The bathroom began to smell upon returning to the room, which was off-putting. Breakfast options were overly sweet, lacking basic savory items like plain croissants or proper ham and cheese. Moreover, no iron was available in the hotel, which is a basic necessity for many travelers. The TV in our room was broken and it turned out all TVs were non-functional due to being water-resistant issues. Lastly, having to rely on a virtual check-in system felt impersonal and inefficient, creating a sense of disconnect during the arrival process.

My stay at San Carlo Suite was fantastic! The Executive Suite was spacious and comfortable, featuring a lovely sitting area and modern amenities. The staff provided exceptional service, always willing to assist with any request. The breakfast offered a nice variety of items including fresh pastries and juices, making each morning enjoyable. Location was ideal, with easy access to shops and major attractions.
